Online Statements & Notices
You can have your account statements and notices posted directly within your DSBconnect login in the Documents & Settings section. These are free to receive.
Not included in this is online posting of year-end bank tax statements such as INT 1098's and INT 1099's. Those are mailed out in January of each year.
To Opt-In Register: In compliance with the E-SIGN Act, you must opt-in to this form of electronic communication between the bank and you. To do that, login to your DSBconnect > Documents & Alerts > Statements & Notices > on the filter box, choose Statements, Notices, or All > choose your account(s) you want to register > skip date range > Apply. Next screen, you will want to read and accept the terms and do a test verify of a .pdf document > choose your new account one more time > Accept. Online statements/notices will be posted there from that date forward.
Online statements/notices are generally posted within 24 hours of when they are produced. Example: a monthly account statement is produced end of a Monday, the online statement is posted by end of day Tuesday. Same thing with account notices, such as overdraft notices and next payment due notices.
Statements/notices will remain posted on your DSBconnect for 24 months.

What happened to CSIeSafe?
If you were using CSIeSafe to get your e-statements and e-notices prior to 2019, you still must opt-in to these Online Statements and Notices within DSBconnect. If not, your e-statements and e-notices will continue to be posted at www.csiesafe.com and retrievable with your secure login. Pricing discounts, as separately disclosed, apply.
